Seemingly ordinary paper products are directly related to the stability and integrity of goods transportation, and are indispensable basic packaging materials in various industries.
This type of composite paper product requires coating, bonding, and shaping during production, and a large amount of moisture in the adhesive layer and paper fibers will accumulate inside the finished product. Traditional hot air drying involves heating from the outside in, resulting in rapid evaporation of surface moisture and slow drying of the interior, making it prone to external dryness and internal wetness. The appearance looks dry and formed, but the internal adhesive layer still contains water and has not solidified. It is prone to moisture regain, delamination, and delamination during later storage.
The common production difficulties are cracking, bending, and deformation. Uneven dryness and wetness inside and outside of paper materials, as well as inconsistent shrinkage rates, can easily cause warping, twisting, and brittle cracking after drying, resulting in defective products and scrap, seriously affecting the quality and production efficiency of the factory.
And microwave tunnel oven drying is adopted to adapt to the drying characteristics of paper tubes and paper corner protectors.
