The warranty period is 12 months. During the product warranty period, we will be responsible for repairing or replacing parts free of charge for product quality problems caused by manufacturing. After the warranty period, we will continue to provide considerate services and only charge the cost.

In case of any quality problem with the equipment, after receiving the user's maintenance notice, the company's maintenance personnel will give a timely reply and promise to arrive at the site within 48 hours (24 hours in the province) to create a good working environment for customers.
