The microwave tunnel oven, with its advantages of continuous and uniform maturation, has become the mainstream equipment for Xiaomi's large-scale pre maturation processing. Its entire processing flow is standardized and automated, suitable for large-scale industrial production.
Xiaomi microwave pre maturation adopts a continuous tunnel operation mode, with no human intervention throughout the process and controllable parameters. The first step is to preprocess the raw materials and evenly distribute the fabric. After cleaning and removing impurities, the millet is evenly spread on the conveyor belt through the automatic material laying system of the equipment. The thickness of the material layer is strictly controlled to ensure that the millet can evenly contact the microwave field and avoid the aging differences caused by local thickness differences.
The second step is the core microwave penetration maturation. Xiaomi enters the microwave cavity at a constant speed along the conveyor belt, which is different from traditional heat conduction from the outside to the inside. Microwaves can penetrate the surface of rice grains, activate internal moisture and polar molecules to generate heat through high-speed friction, and achieve synchronous heating inside and outside. Promote the complete gelatinization of millet starch in a short period of time, complete pre ripening, and eliminate problems of external ripening, internal growth, and agglomeration. At the same time, microwave can synchronously kill the surface insect eggs and microorganisms of millet, completing the maturation and antibacterial process in one step.
Step three: Form. The device controls the ripeness and final moisture content by adjusting the microwave power and conveying speed, without the need for high-temperature and long-term baking.
